Mereside Library, Blackpool

After Joining Milnthorpe Library I had to run to get to Blackpool where I joined Mereside Library. The smallest of the day occupying what was once a ground floor flat. The library was abuzz with activity as a family visited the childrens section and used the computers. I was given a huge welcome by Chandra and David who issued me the brilliant #DavePigeon by #SwapnaHaddow and @sheenadempsey a brilliant laugh out loud middle grade that breaks the forth wall! The library was decorated in some super Space Chasers crafts created as part of The Summer Reading Challenge which has one week left so if you’re in the Mereside area and haven’t completed the challenge yet, there is still time!
