Superstar Sonnet Spinner

The rain has finally come, when the first drops fell I was in a cafe sipping a mocha and was amazed at the shared looks of relief and gratitude between strangers as the rain pummelled down. That kindness between strangers is what I rely upon when running family workshops where young people have to interact and share their writing with other young people they have only just met. Friends are always made.

This is what I expect to happen today at The Telling Tales Festival at The Globe Theatre where I’ll be running the Superstar Sonnet Spinner Workshop at 3pm where together we shall dive into the wonderful form of the Shakespearean Sonnet!
