I got a super welcome at Wallsend Library where librarians Clare pepper, Caitlin Burns, Paula Winder have been following the #LibraryMarathon on social media. I spotted the children’s section from outside thanks to a lovely story reading chair which can be seen from the window.

I was delighted to find @andrewdonkin & @eoincolfer’s #Illegal a brilliant graphic novel read following the epic journey of a young boy that has you on the edge of your seat and doubting the state of our world. I had to borrow it here at this super library with my new library card.
